We do not ship to PO Boxes. All of our orders go grouund shipping, if you need it sooner you must put in a custom order over the phone and extra fess will apply.

How do I order online?

Navigate to the page that contains the item you wish to purchase. Click on the item Desired.Select the wristband color you are interested in. Select quantity .

Printing:
Click on customize Wristband icon. Pick you wristband color (background color)
Pick your foreground color (Ink color) Try not to use dark wristbands with dark ink. Example: Purple wristbands with balck ink. If you can use Berry or pink instead.
Click on the Text icon.

1st Line : Type your text here
2nd Line:: Only type in here if you want text on two lines. If you do not want text on two lines delete the word "SECOND LINE TEXT"
Pick your font from the pull down.
Use the font size scroll to make your text bigger to fit the band.
If you are using a logo pick on the Logo icon and either use your own logo or pick one of our

How do I change the quantity of an item ordered?

If you are doing custom print You can change the quanity by Packing (pull down) on the right.
If you are just purchasing with out print See "Select Color and Packages Size"

What are the Specs for the Logo printing ?

Logo printing please uplaod or send 300 DPI 500 X 500 or larger.
If you are having trouble with your logo upload online, once you complete your order online it gives you an order number please email us the logo at wristbandspecialist@gmail.com and title the email the "Order Number" the shopping cart gives you.

How Do I send my logo for print jobs?

You can upload your logo right online or email us at wristbandspecialist@gmail.com with instructions with your logo.

Vinyl and Plastic jobs takes about 10 business days or more. Our Tyvek wristbands can be printed and shipped out within 24 hours.
Please exclude weekends and holiday. Remeber you can upload your logo and text right online.

Are there any set up fees?

On Custom print for Vinyl and Plastic we charge a one time plate fee of $79.00.
There are no set up fees for Tyvek only print fees per box of $10.00.

How do I delete an item from the shopping cart?

If you shopped for an item and want to delete it just press on the X on the left hand side on the shoppingcart.aspx page.
If you picked more than one item and just want to delete an item not the entire order ...just press on the "X" of the item that you do not want .
You can also change quantities on this page. Example if picked berry 100****the quantity automatically fills in "1". If you need 200 bands make the QTY read "2". Click on recalculate

How do I change the shipping method

Our shipping method is already in the cart based on each state. You can not change it in the cart. It shows up Fed/Ex or UPS depending upon your location. Shipping time is 4-5 business days. If you need it sooner call into corporate to find out about the extra fees.. 866-695-6220.

Do you offer Saturday /Overnight delivery?

SATURDAY:
We do not presently offer UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery as an option online. If you really need a Saturday delivery call 866-695-6220 and we can place the order for an additional fee.
OVERNIGHT:
We do not offer overnight online. You must call corporate at 866-695-6220. there will be a rush fee for all overnight orders.WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO Boxes.

Do you  ship overseas to a military address

Orders shipping to military addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service. The delivery charge is calculated based on the combined weight of items ordered and where it is being shipped to. Delivery charges can only be determined after we receive your order. They are not pre-calculated on-line. If you require a delivery cost prior to placing your order on-line, please contact us via e-mail at wristbandspecialist@gmail.com Monday thru Friday 10 AM to 5 PM EST with your complete ship to address, quantity and type of product(s) you would like to order.

Undeliverable packages....

If your package is “undeliverable” and returned to us by the carrier, an additional delivery charge will be charged to your credit card. The charge will be determined based on original shipping method.

We presently offer Fed/Ex or UPS as shipping options. Delivery charges are calculated based on the combined weight of items ordered and where it is being shipped to. Delivery charges can only be determined via the shopping cart. You will not be able to pick your own shipping option, it is allready programmed to use UPS or Fed/Ex for the appropriate state. If you need it sooner and have to upgrade the shipping please call corporate about the extra fees at 866-695-6220.

What is your turn around time ?

In Florida, GA, SC, NC, KY, TN, VA, GA you are looking at 2-3 business days. All other states 4-6 business days
